Our CrossFit classes are fun 1-hour group training sessions that include a warm-up, skill development, mobility work and a circuit type workout using a variety of functional movements. Our workouts are constantly changing and the intensity is appropriate for all ages and levels of fitness.
Stop by and visit us at any of our three (soon to be four!) facilities to experience our community in person. We run new beginners series roughly every two week: you can get started right away! Our goal is to provide a safe environment that balances a challenging workout with an enjoyable experience.
