For many, getting started in CrossFit can be intimidating. There is a lot of unfamiliar stuff: strange acronyms, whiteboards with names and numbers, workouts that are identified by women’s names…and where the heck are all the Nautilus weight machines? There is so much that is unfamiliar. The Beginning CrossFit Series was created to address this issue and create a foundation on which to build our clients future fitness.
Our Beginners Series is designed to introduce people to the fundamental movements and core concepts of CrossFit. The emphasis of the Beginning CrossFit Series is skill development and exposure to the basic elements of our program. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing CrossFit group classes. We will be emphasizing technique and lay the foundation to ensure your success at the next level regardless of your current level of fitness. This is the safest and surest way that we can help those new to CrossFit get started!
Our Beginning CrossFit series consists of 6 classes over the course of 2 weeks. We also include an additional 2-weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes so you can enjoy our fun, effective and community based program.
Completion of this series is a requirement for all individuals prior to joining regular CrossFit classes.
Exceptions may apply to individuals with a Level 1 CrossFit Certificate, individuals who have completed an equivalent Beginning CrossFit Series at another CrossFit affiliate, or individuals who have maintained at least 6 months of membership at another CrossFit affiliate. You must be able to provide proof of CrossFit experience for exceptions to apply.
