The human body is meant to move. Many people explore only very specific ranges of motion on a day-to-day basis. This may include standing up from a chair, getting into a car, going for a run, or lifting weights. For people who life sedentary lifestyles and athletes alike, most people don’t explore their full range of motion. Our Movement and Mobility training aims to change that. What types of workouts are involved in these classes?
Our Movement and Mobility classes explore the natural range of motion humans are born with, and hone those movement patterns to make our athletes stronger and healthier. This training will help you hone movements you do everyday, such as standing up, sitting down, and other natural movements such as crawling and changing levels while standing. From there, athletes will explore cardio, weight training, and other aspects of functional fitness with special attention to movement and mobility.
