Skip screen time this Summer: Unplug and lace up with Northwest Crossfit Youth Fitness Camps
These days, many children spend nine months out of the year sitting in a classroom and coming home to a screen. Kids in America are more stationary than ever, with the average children spend six hours per day or more in front of a screen. On top of that, 60 percent of kids have a TV in their room, and one in three American kids is considered obese.
At Northwest Crossfit, we believe in bucking those trends and changing those numbers. That’s why, this Summer, we’re swapping out screen time for sunshine. We’re excited to announce our four week youth fitness camps for boys and girls ages 8-13. We believe healthy minds and active bodies create happier kids. During these camps, we’ll help our kids cultivate a lifelong love of fitness through education, activity, goal setting, and a whole lot of fun.
For kids and adults alike, all Northwest Crossfit programs start slow and train our athletes one step at a time. Whatever your child’s level of fitness, we’ll help them hone their skills, listen to their bodies, and become stronger. Are you hoping to get your kid generally more active and spike an interest in fitness? No problem. Does your child want to up his or her speed and agility for their favorite sport? We’ve got that covered too. We believe in meeting kids where they’re at, and helping them feel confident, healthy, and strong regardless of their current fitness level.
Our Camps Include:
- Fun Fitness Games
- Functional Calisthenics
- Accuracy and agility
- Coordination and Balance
- Crossfit exercises including kettlebell training, speed and agility drills, strength training and more
- Your child will leave with level of fitness, strength and confidence

Reserve your kid’s spot for only $75
Cost: $150 for 1 week
10% discount on multiple weeks and/or multiple children
Two Age Groups: Boys and girls ages 8-10 and 11-13
Monday Thru Friday, 1-4 pm
All camps will be held at our Northwest Crossfit Interbay Location
