Coach Jill’s background is primarily in swimming, but she also has experience in rowing at the collegiate level as well as in long distance running and elite level triathlons following college.
In her CrossFit career, Jill has competed locally at various competitions and especially enjoys the camaraderie and sportsmanship that team competitions have to offer. As a coach, she holds her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certificate.
When Jill is not training, she is a full time mom to her two kids. Her other interests include reading, running with friends, Gonzaga basketball, knitting, and family time. She also really enjoys a glass of wine and dark chocolate at the end of the day.
